可以客製化自己喜歡的內餡，這次選了栗子+抹茶奶凍+抹茶蛋糕體。
抹茶奶凍及蛋糕體：可以吃的出來是用高級的抹茶，真的好抹、茶味重、不會甜！
內餡的栗子：跟抹茶很搭，但覺得栗子的甜度可以再降低一點。
