我跟我媽媽都是水美媒的會員也不定期會去大量購買產品我們算是用量很大存貨也都備足好幾個月的那種客人,我媽從還沒設立專櫃的時候就一直是水美媒的忠實客戶,因為保養品以店家來說是相當便宜又有效果,美白產品也是我很常回購的,會員也都會有來店禮,甚至會有不定期活動,這都不是重點,我知道櫃姐都很缺業績所以基本上我要去換贈品的時候也都會順便買或者是有特價的時候一定都會去搶一波不管家裡存貨多少都一定會讓櫃姐有個業績,可是自從上上個月去貴店購買下面這組的時候感覺櫃姐在強迫推銷(一直跟我強調說這組賣得非常好我也知道這組真的很好用痘疤還是暗沉擦一個禮拜甚至一個月就能改善很多,但是跟我們的說詞是工廠缺原物料所以之後會停產不賣了等等跟明星花露水一樣的說法,我說我家還有暫時不需要(真的很多一開抽屜都是的那種),但是櫃姐一直跟我強調這次不買下次再來就沒有了喔,因為我說我下個月再來買,結果我們凹不過櫃姐說詞於是買了)後來到了現在在網路商店也一直看到根本沒有所謂的缺貨甚至賣的比去店家買的來的便宜,這樣讓我真的覺得有被欺騙的感覺,明明還有貨,我也不是不買,但是用之後會缺貨買不到的話術來讓消費者買單我真的買出一肚子氣 總結:東西好用,但是服務不行請加強員工訓練,要人買單只需要說明產品特色就好,沒必要特地說這個之後會缺貨來自打商家的臉
