一直以來保養品都是使用水美媒,但會員制度越改越爛還愛玩文字遊戲。以前活動贈送的東西現場領都是真的免費,這次只能怪自己疏忽相信所謂免費話術,沒有仔細看領取規則。
早知道要被強迫收錢還要浪費時間被推銷就不會大老遠跑一趟了,感覺有夠差!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天去這家百貨公司的水美媒專櫃兌換試用品,晚間的櫃姐態度非常非常差勁,先前來這裡的時候,她就曾經大聲喝斥客人「不准進來店裡面」,請問不進來是要怎麼看東西呀?然後產品她也是根本沒有要協助介紹的意思,語氣和態度都是一臉不屑,愛給不給的,完全沒有認真及敬業的表現。而今天她的態度,真是令人傻眼,我要兌換新活動的產品,她叫我出示身分證以及綁定的畫面,說得不清不楚的,我把line綁定身分的頁面給她看,她很不耐煩的說不是這個,然後叫我拿著手機讓她點,然後我手不小心縮了一下,她就不爽的大聲說「妳不要動!!!」,奇怪了,這是服務人員該有的態度嗎?我們只是客氣的想換活動用品來試用,有需要態度差到這樣?換個東西惹到妳了?並不是說客人至上,但該有的尊重還是要有吧,請問我們是欠妳幾百萬是嗎?結果到後面的步驟她又叫我自己點,我點選完畢之後,她完全沒有看?!我要拿給她看,連看都不看就直接扭頭走到別處,但一開始說要看的人不就是妳嗎?我跟我朋友都傻眼了…尊重是互相給的,既然是受僱的員工,就該有應有的工作態度,以及做人該有的尊重,不是沒事就對客人大聲,我們是客客氣氣詢問的,也是正當參加活動的,並不是妳在施捨我們哦!
