One of the best Korean food I ever had in Taipei! Strongly recommended!

A newly opened Korean restaurant, Interior: relatively small 50? Seats , but very clean. Chairs are quite comfortable. Menue : A large variety of traditional Korean dishes, the menue though was all in traditional Chinese without pictures so if you are not able to read traditional Chinese nor are familiar with Korean cuisine you might encounter difficulties. The service: Very quick, friendly and helpful. Unlike some Korean BBQ restaurants the staff did let you operate your BBQ by yourself or did offer assistance if requested which we found very pleasant. The food: We went for beef/chicken combo with a couple side dishes (kimchi,tofu,radd rad, tempura) , some "spicy fried rice" and vegetables. It was delicious, but I have to say I was a little bit let down from the spice since I expected it to be very spicy but I considered it "mild" at best. (But that's a personal preference due to the fact that I in general eat very spicy) Price: For Taipei city; reasonable - we payed 800 Taiwan dollar in total. (Roughly 27 USD for 2 people) Most dishes range from 150 -280 ntd (5-9 USD), they also have some seafood platters which costs 1.000-x.xxx ntd (35 USD - xxx) Overall a nice little Korean restaurant, for my taste not spicy enough by default but I am sure they can fix this if requested. Worth a visit. 4 out of 5 stars

Very good meal. We ordered a set for two including 2 different type of meat (beef/lamb) cooked with tofu and cabbage in a korean style bbq pot, 6 different small side dishes (kimchi, radish, wood ear mushrooms, sea weed...), a fish soup and a sea food pancake for a total of 1.150 TWD. We had too much food so I believe it is possible to order fewer dishes for a lower price and still have enough. The staff was nice.
