第一次來這家店用餐,用餐環境可以,服務態度沒有很好。 「泡菜臭臭鍋」,湯頭可以,臭豆腐Ok,大腸切的太碎了有點像肉末⋯ 「海鮮豆腐鍋」,安全牌,裡面有加冬粉。 「腸旺鴨血鍋」,湯頭不行✋,大腸也是碎碎的,燕餃沒有很新鮮。

不知道是不是換老闆了~ 空間的規劃了很大的調整,很不舒服的用餐空間,而且相當危險。 新的經營者在食材的選擇有比較好,雖然上一個經營者雖然味道沒有現在新的這間好,但是整體的用餐空間還有品質是好的。 1. 入口處的調整,送餐(滾燙)、點餐全部都擠在不寬的入口出,只能容納兩個人的位置,現在又改成要先付款,點餐的人加上等結帳的人再加上要進去找位置的人再加上要送餐,全部都擠在門口。 2.座位的規劃過窄,每一桌的距離,只能讓一個人通過的位置,要起來拿醬料、飲料、飯、冰品的人,要跟送餐(滾燙)的人擠,更危險的是如果有顧客沒坐好或是動作大,就會揮到路過的人,相當危險。 3.兩個自助區,a區分飲料、飯、醬、衛生紙、杯子、冰;b區放開水餐具(醬料疊、筷子、湯匙),分成很遠的兩區我在a區去醬料我要跑去b區拿醬料疊。 4.a區醬料區是一個沒開放的單入口,一次只能一個人拿,如果但要飲料要等、單要拿醬要等、要拿飯也要等、衛生紙還有冰都是,所以超卡等到都飽了。 5.這間的小火鍋現在改沒有點火,所以加點的東西他會全部煮好送來。(我是10/10用餐的) 6.提供的醬料目前只剩下五種沒有蔥了 7.我點的是鴨血鍋,裡面只有三塊鴨血。 8.鍋子裡面的內容物少了很多東西,我是覺得會吃不飽。(加點了豬肉70元,一餐變成210元,以前不用加點就足夠))
