多加一顆星,闆娘打來說明,很有誠意。 錢的事我沒打算討論,反正都付了,費用給大家參考。我在意的大問題是在老闆的溝通態度,客氣的請教卻被當我要求不能開冷氣給師傅吹,笑話,引擎都沒啟動哪來的冷氣,另外,如果沒什麼經驗修為何硬要賺這筆,造成不愉快。 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 老闆娘很親切,但老闆的態度讓人不敢恭維 1. 花費5800修理後車窗關不上,是之前前窗3倍,更換的材料跟之前一樣,假日工資高吧,科科。 2. 出遊回去路上車窗關不上,路上查詢到宏達假日有營業,致電詢問是否能維修,答覆我可以後,馬上驅車前往,到現場後才說要調貨需等待,晃了兩小時後後,師傅還沒修好,也不太有經驗的樣子,老闆竟然說要不是看你帶小孩,車子應該要留過夜。傻眼!你早說不會,我就換一間。 3. 車窗馬達其他車廠一小時搞定,你說後門難度大,要久一點,我也相信,詢問師傅狀況,含糊不清,我要等多久都不知道。 4.客氣的詢問師傅不啟動引擎,這樣冷氣沒作用也會傷電瓶吧,竟然說我不近人情,師傅很熱要吹冷氣。 5. 本來想給一星,老闆娘真的態度很好,多給一顆

細看其他人評論,覺得負評的那些就是我所遇到的,奉勸大家三思 ------------------------------------以上是第一次評論 之所以會po第二次評論,是因為約莫1小時後接到師傅來電詢問輪胎換後有無遇到問題,然後說老闆娘(應該就是其他評論中提到的那位很棒的老闆娘)有詢是否有服務不周處,因網路上有出現負評,而且似乎會對被客訴的員工懲處,這表示老闆娘很重視顧客反應,所以我調整我給的星號--我直接五星,不必請我起碼三星,高抬貴手。 在此也澄清,原先並非對負責的師傅不滿,他們態度都滿好的,我只是怪自己沒判斷好又不夠堅持:原本電腦只是顯示左前輪胎壓不足,先前去別地方處理店家幫我補胎只花了200塊,所以沒預期輪胎要換掉。然後師傅一開始說兩個前輪都差較多,甚至是說右前輪有磨損時,我想那就換兩個吧~但師傅後來又說後輪也都磨平了乾脆全換....我有遲疑但沒有堅持。事後越想越不對,我的車才兩年開15000公里,也很少跑特殊路面,坦白說我實在不覺得胎紋有多平,但當然因我不是專業,當下也只能信任師傅。只是再想想,最近手頭很緊,要換到兩個輪胎已經緊繃。若以輕重緩急,或許不用在此時一次全換,若是如此,我心裡也會好受些,結果我的沒有堅持,我從預期只是花幾百塊補胎,變成四輪全換花了1萬5!! 然後又看了其他評論,有不少跟我有類似感受的,所以確實有加深心裡的不快感,但因也是自己沒有判斷跟堅持,只能鼻子摸摸當花錢買經驗,所以原本我評論沒多寫。但看起來引起師傅不安及老闆娘誤會,就在此說明清楚囉!只不過也提醒自己,以後還是多比較及小心就是了!至於會不會推薦網友來這,其實google上正評也不少,所以大家就自己判斷囉!
