★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7/17晚間到此店領包裹，兩位年輕人顧店，其中一位打入電腦查詢兩次都說沒有包裹，已傳訊通知我兩天了怎麼會沒有，是否我跑錯店了，問店員這間是不是府北店答說沒錯，我覺得年輕人很隨性回說沒包裹，口氣很肯定，照理應該是疑問句做處理才不會誤事，否則我一走了之，後責誰負，最後店員去把包裹找出來，另一位幫腔說偶爾電腦會查不到，“既然偶爾會查不到”，就不該很草率回客人說沒有包裹。
此店最近新開張，也許是新手應對有待加強吧！

Otherwise, once I leave, who will be responsible. Finally, the clerk went to find out the package. Another helper said that occasionally the computer would not find it. "Since it can’t find it occasionally," he shouldn’t rush back to the customer saying that there is no package.
This store has recently opened, maybe novices need to be strengthened!
