★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度差，半夜去消費，在購買在店裡食用後，被店員攔下，叫我（消費者）把食用完，食物自行丟入垃圾桶。我不理會他，罵我奧客！看…作為服務生，，服務在那？？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨天11月28日中午和老婆去喝咖啡，後來老婆出去抽煙，我上班時間到了先走，服務員跑來叫我老婆直接拿咖啡杯去丟，老婆順口說別家咖啡都會送到客人前面，為什他們都要叫客人去櫃台拿，說真的我們自己拿個咖啡也不是什大事，那個服務員居然說你們是奧客。。。
這是服務態度嗎？

店員我覺得就是一般店員，有次我的有錢卡需要靠卡取回饋金(點數加值)，雖然店員不會弄，但是他有想辦法幫我解決問題，我認為這樣的服務就已經達到標準了。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 到店裏消費店員的態度都還算不錯，有問題都很熱心協助，剛看了留言覺得應幫辛苦的店員說聲話，真心覺得好的習慣可以從自身培養起，我認為隨手丟垃圾不是件困難的事呀！更何況也沒多跟我們收取幾成的服務費，就像去吃鐵板牛排通常要自己拿餐具，王品牛排什麼都會幫你準備好，但1成的服務費決不會跟你少收呀～?
