網路壞掉包裹無法取件修理2天也沒好,將責任推中華電信,電話又打不通,只能親自過去看是否能取件!

今天來寄店到店包裹,我包裹裡裝6瓶600公克的鹽烤腰果加上兩瓶五百公克的蜜汁腰果,總共4.6公斤 結果胖胖女店員拿出一個傳統的非電子磅秤,一秤下去指針跑到七公斤,然後胖胖女店員就是一副,我不想給你寄的嘴臉 我就不信用來包裝的紙箱會有2公斤多 而且同樣的一個包裹,我拿到其他超商寄就是沒問題,說真的看她那副嘴臉,我感到很不舒服 要來評論前拜讀了一下其他評論,同樣一個店員,原來不是只有我遇到態度問題

實在很不想來這裡取貨,排隊排很久還是慢慢找,建議要有效率的方法,摸半天找不到還一直在找,結帳就在那瞎等@@…擠在那增加染疫風險==…可以學習萊x富,報號碼,告知顏色標籤?️,包裹大概大小,真找不到再請店員協助…(或許還有更好的方法?)

這裡的包裹取貨很有規模,看得出有在管理,一樣是ok便利商店,楠陽店完全比不上,無論是服務態度跟取貨方式都是天差地遠,有如天壤之別

女店員不知道在跩幾點的,不曉得他們不能自己找包裹,她說了一下我就去排隊了,付錢拿包裹還嫌零錢太髒不能用,字跟圖案都看得到是多髒

看來OK真的變成蝦皮物流中繼站,店內滿滿的待取貨商品,雖然店員有照號碼排序,但件數實在太多,找貨實在太耗費時間。 看到早上已經很忙碌的店員,找了一段時間,還是找不到,後來我主動告知要幫忙尋找包裹,比他先找到,他還覺得很不好意思。 其實對於收件數多的店家,整理貨品分類歸位已經很耗時,店員真的可以不用再耗費時間幫忙尋找。如果客人真的找不到,再請店員協助就好。 真心建議可以讓顧客至櫃台告知手機末三碼,再由店員提醒在哪個貨架上,等客人拿貨至櫃檯時,再進行核對資料,付款取貨或是零元取貨對證件。可以減少店員尋找貨品的時間,也不會影響到單純購物消費的顧客。
