★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 早班晚班工作人員，態度真的是差到極點，晚上取貨，說不能取了，我們到12點，現在12點零8，隔天白天再次取貨，我說有兩件，說只有一件，我說蝦皮通知了，告知不能看app要等簡訊通知，這作業速度也太慢，蝦皮3/31通知到貨，我4/8號取貨，說沒有，請問貨去哪裡了，口氣態度向欠了她幾百萬，沒有看過這麼差的，以後絕對不會再來了，公司應該要好好教育員工吧⋯⋯不然品牌形象全沒了???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 你們公司跟蝦皮的活動規則跟流程是消費者完全能夠理解的嗎？掃條碼還是操作機器？規則上並看不出實際上怎麼操作。多點同理心很難？店員竟然以輕蔑態度回應「蛤？妳不知道怎麼用？」就是不知道才問店員啊！莫名奇妙！
Are the activity rules and procedures of your company and Shopee fully understandable to consumers? Scan barcodes or operate machines? The rules don't show how it actually works. Is it hard to be more empathetic? The clerk responded with contempt, "Clam? You don't know how to use it?" Baffling!
