店員親切~讓人倍感溫馨,原本都去比較近的忠孝店,但去過幾次就不想再光顧了,人員素質差,相較之下,寧願到比較遠服務好的厚德店消費~
The clerk is kind ~ makes people feel very warm. I originally went to the nearest Zhongxiao store, but I didn't want to patronize again after going there a few times. The quality of the staff is poor. In comparison, I would rather go to the Houde store with better service in the far distance.

原本要到超商取貨,蝦皮app卻顯示已取貨,致電給店長,店長竟然要我跟賣家要求退款(已線上刷卡),想要敷衍了事。 商品已到店完成收貨,賣家就沒有直接責任。 1/19凌晨4:54被他人取貨,只因為是熟客所以店員沒有落實核對證件,店長說調了一台監視器沒有聲音,所以要再調另外一台監視器才能夠確認。這是什麼理論!? 店長又說,如果我不跟賣家退款,他就要跟值班店員扣款,說這句話是要我同情店員,把責任轉嫁給賣家,想要撇除責任嗎? 最後我要求店長直接退費現金給我,剩下的爛攤子由他自己去收拾。 店長說,他通常都上早班,所以前面消費者評價早班態度不好,有可能是店長喔!
I originally wanted to pick up the goods at the supermarket, but the Shopee app showed that the goods had been picked up. I called the store manager, and the store manager asked me to ask the seller for a refund (swiped the card online), trying to perfunctory. The store clerk did not verify the documents because they were regular customers. The store manager said that he usually works the morning shift, so the previous consumers commented that the attitude of the morning shift is not good, it may be the store manager!
