★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 貴公司真的爛到很誇張
1.去寄包裹10次裡有8次都不會是穿著制服的店員結帳,每次都不一樣的人,更誇張的有一次還看見穿著Foodpanda制服的人在櫃檯結帳。
2.寄沒幾次就被老店員酸說「每次只會來寄件」。
3.一樣10次有8次會看到店員跟不知道是朋友還是家人的人坐在門口抽煙聊天,不確定有沒有喝酒?
4.最扯的是最後一次,中秋節連假過去寄件,全部的人都在店門口烤肉喝酒。來結帳的是沒看過的大陸腔阿姨,條碼不斷刷不好,店內某位穿著制服的員工便朝我怒吼「那個不用管它啦!消費者比較重要啦!沒有業績!只會來寄件!」刷了兩次還是不過我便告訴阿姨我不趕時間,先禮讓給後面的客人結帳沒關係。客人都走了以後,有一個包裹大約1公斤多的包裹,阿姨掂了掂問那位男店員是否有超過5公斤,男店員再次怒吼咆哮「你覺得超過五公斤就退件啦!罰錢又不是罰他們!」這中間完全沒有走過來查看包裹的重量。事後我準備騎車走人,那位男店員還站在門口瞪著我離開。
臉臭什麼的就算了,因為超商不代表是服務業,不需要要求一定要笑臉盈人,但是基本的互相尊重有很難嗎?請問我去寄件是欠你錢了是不是?對得起自己的工作有很難嗎?沒有業績抽成所以就不做?你可以請你們總公司關掉和蝦皮配合的功能啊!不要只會欺負來寄件的客人!
要不是一定要給一顆星才能評價,否則這樣的爛店根本連一顆星也不值得!!!
9/18更新,當天寄出的8個包裹已經有2個被客人反應遭到刻意戳破,看來貴店手段真的很厲害呢^^

No performance! Only send Piece!" Brushed twice or I told Auntie that I am not in a hurry, it is okay to give the next guest a checkout. After the guests left, there was a parcel wrapped in about 1 kilogram. The aunt asked if the male clerk had more than 5 kilograms. The male clerk once again roared. "You think that more than five kilograms will be returned! It’s not a penalty!” There’s nothing in the middle to check the weight of the parcel. Afterwards, I was going to ride the bicycle, and the male clerk stood at the door and stared at me.
Even if the face smells something, because super business does not mean that it is a service industry, there is no need to ask for a smile, but basic mutual respect is difficult? Excuse me, I am owing you money, is it owing you money? Is it difficult to get your job done? If you don’t have a performance, don’t you do it? You can ask your head office to turn off the function of matching the shrimp skin! Don't just bully the guests who send the mail!
If you have to give a star to evaluate, otherwise such a bad shop is not worth even a star! ! !
9/18 update, 2 of the 8 parcels sent out on the same day have been deliberately punctuated by the guests, it seems that your store is really powerful ^^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近幾年只在這間OK領過一次包裹,不久前手機就被通知加了OK的會員,沒想到自己的個資會被這樣對待,覺得相當不可取,本來對這間店沒什麼好惡,但遇到這種事只好來給評。
