★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度差到極點！領包裹還要自行到倉庫尋找，叫我去箱子裡東翻西翻還是找不到跟吳店員告知包裹比較大，一樣叫我去倉庫裡面翻！無言...老實說 如果每個取貨的人都這樣亂翻別人的包裹有損失或裡面破損誰來負責？更何況 我的包裹上被一堆大型的包裹壓住，我還要一個一個拿下來才能取自己的包裹，問她是公司規定自己找包裹，還答非所問說是現在的趨勢！明明也沒在忙，出來工作還懶成這樣！真的跟7-11/全家無法比耶...

而且有莫名的堅持，看證件一定要把證件搶過去拿在她手裡，疫情期間我只覺得噁心。

這次來取貨更奇葩了，我手指放在證件照片上，出示證件上的名字給頭髮稀疏的店員看，居然要我把手指拿開要看照片，請問不是只要出示證件確認證件跟包裹姓名相符即可嗎？店員居然說是要確認是本人？？？？戴口罩認得出是不是本人嗎？難道不能請人代領包裹嗎？
不要自己一直自創新招想刁難客人好不好⋯⋯
而且就在客人面前眼睜睜看著把包裹從裡面丟在桌上⋯⋯

I actually asked me to take my finger away to see the photo. I don’t just need to show the ID card to confirm that the ID card matches the name of the package. Is it enough? The clerk actually said to confirm it was me? ? ? ? Can you recognize me wearing a mask? Can't you ask someone to pick up the package on your behalf?
Don't try to make things difficult for the guests by yourself all the time...
And just in front of the guests watching helplessly throw the package on the table from the inside...
