★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is going to be a popular tourist attraction. It just recently opened and still some development going on, so experience it while it's still fresh.
There's the rail bike which is quite unique. Four people to a bike. Must book weeks in advance online. There's tourist buses coming at every available time.
It's quite beautiful, and lots of stores and food nearby as well. Definitely worth a visit.
NOTE: This place doesn't seem very accessible for those who may have a disability.

But many cars and mosquitos. They close at 6 pm more or less.

An old train station now turn to be a ideal place for outing with the friends and family
Our visit was on Thursday but we saw many local and overseas tourist, good place for photo shooting
Parking on weekdays are NT$50 per parking it is reasonable as the location just a short walk
This is not suitable for wheelchairs and elderly, many steps
The rail bike is popular ($220 per ride) and welcomed by the tourists, adults or kids
Worth to sit down to have a coffee and enjoy the very greenly atmosphere
There are restaurant available for lunch
