L	Lin white on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這個一星說要給門市幫我處理換貨的蕭小姐，謝謝他非常耐心的幫我想辦法處理問題，有在門市買好衣服回家發現衣服袖口大小不一致（這做工⋯），隔天到門市換貨發現缺貨，一定要等7-20天到貨才能取貨，還不能退錢，要在門市購買的人建議當下就拆封檢查，下雨天出來換貨還換不到，當下很想發脾氣，但看著門市小姐在處理其他投訴電話，不停道歉，覺得這不是他們該承受的，可以麻煩one boy公司多體諒他們嗎？該把關的品質可以認真一點嗎？之後反應給官方FB，一週後收到官方FB通知可以領貨，這次一樣親自到現場領貨，店員們依舊非常親切，非常感謝他們，這一週官方的小編非常積極處理換貨事宜，常常回覆作業進度，有感受到事後的誠意，非常感謝，故將評論改為五星
