★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 設備很新，自己目前住一房一廳的房間很舒適，唯一的缺點建商自己也有自己的獨立出租小套房(我朋友租這個十分後悔...隔音真的很糟糕)，離豐樂、南苑兩個公園都很近走路就能到，帶女朋友晚上到公園散步真的很舒服

蚊蟲爆多，建材爆爛，隔音爆差。
不分白天晚上動不動火警警報就響，房租爆貴就算了，公用電費兩個月一期竟然都要一千多塊，比我自家用電費還貴，管理室公共空間冷氣冷到不行。
一房一廳坪數爆小一期電費都要兩千多塊以上，每期收到電費帳單我都快吐血。
建議找房子的朋友可以直接忽略此棟大樓。

The fire alarm goes off at any time during the day and night. Even if the rent is too high, the public electricity bill is more than 1,000 yuan per two-month period, which is more expensive than my own home electricity bill. The public space in the management room is too cold.
One bedroom and one living room pings exploded. The first phase of electricity bills cost more than 2,000 yuan, and I almost vomit blood every time I receive the electricity bill.
It is recommended that friends who are looking for a house can ignore this building directly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 整個社區很新 公設很棒 可以打麻將 唱KTV 還可以打撞球 離捷運站很近 管理也優質 。但美中不足的是親家建設有獨立出租小套房（不建議大家去租這個，這個套房隔音就真的很差，給的傢俱壞了親家建設處理的態度也愛理不理的），我的朋友因為租不到這個社區的一房一廳，我反過來推薦他去跟親家建設租那個套房，超級後悔！千萬不要跟親家建設租房子！一肚子火，超級後悔！好的一房一廳值得你等待，建設公司的爛套房就算了吧！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 管理不錯，物業人員很有禮貌，地點很好，交通很方便，捷運Costco2分鐘就走到，純住宅區。豐樂公園就在旁邊，社區公設有兒童遊戲室，KTV,投籃機，閱讀室，麻將室，健身房，真方便舒適。
