★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 環境好好，很悠靜，是個獨立社區，進入大門前兩邊農田景色悠美，社區週圍可以散步，騎腳踏車，也有小型運動會館，夜間安適恬靜，對於喜歡與世無爭的人而言，是個很好的選擇!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先不論以前是墳墓的附近 現在的幸福OnePark裡面有小小的公園 社區外 也有較大的空間嬉戲看運動 這裡看似離市區很遠 但其實走路不用5分鐘 就可以到鄰近的小學(國中高中也在同一條路上)而且這裡也不太會聽到汽車和摩托車的噪音 簡直是世外桃源
