★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 整體而言規劃算是完整，店家符合主題，陳設、燈光、動線和走道等都稱得上水準，只是假日仍稍嫌擁擠，可能當時規劃沒考慮到。

客服中心和客戶說了3-4小時浪費客戶寶貴時間；還是沒解決客戶故障訴求

超級八顆⭐負負負負評??????
Super unprofessional; the first line of customer service does not confirm the expectations and then invite customers to go there; let the customer go to the scene to say that he didn't expect "it is obvious that the XT screen can be used. The counter does not actively ask the engineer if there is an alternative maintenance plan.
The customer service center told the customer that 3-4 hours wasted precious time of the customer; still did not solve the customer's fault appeal

後面來的超兇阿伯 一進來就說：快點！我趕時間！我的時間很寶貴！
服務人員立刻進去找了同事出來服務他！
傻眼！欺善怕惡！我不兇 服務人員就把我當空氣？？？?
結果 還是我前面那位客人對服務人員說：這位小姐好像很生氣 你先服務她好了！
我可以等等...
來這維修只有2次 沒有一次成功維修到oppo的產品！
第一次是手機 服務人員說是此商品出廠就有的霸格 無法維修 只能在手機電量10%的時候取出照片及資料?
第二次是oppo耳機 全新品 左耳就無法過電
Oppo 的產品出廠良率真的很差！！！?

一樓展售門市招牌各個巨大無比, 就怕人看不見
二樓維修中心招牌超小、位置縮在角落就算了, 從正前方看還找不到, 因為牌子剛好被逃生出口擋住, 前後繞了5圈才發現它
進去後維修人員說明我的狀況屬於人為, 所以在保固內也無法整修, 不然就是加價換一個新的
這麼沒誠意的品牌還是第一次見, 再也不會買oppo了, 給他一顆星都嫌多
The oppo brand is very insincere
The signboards of the exhibition and sales outlets on the first floor are so huge that no one can see them.
The signboard of the maintenance center on the second floor is super small and the location is shrunk in the corner. It can't be found from the front, because the signboard is just blocked by the escape exit. It took 5 circles to find it.
After I went in, the maintenance staff explained that my condition was artificial, so it could not be repaired within the warranty, otherwise, the price would be increased for a new one.
This is the first time I have seen such an insincere brand. I will never buy oppo again. It is too much to give him one star.
