A few years ago and recently I went to Orange Glasses and found that they are very kind and the service attitude is just right! Even after framing the budget recently, I don’t feel that the clerk feels unhappy. These five stars are for them! Thank you very much for their kindness! ! Makes people stress-free ❤❤❤ However, when I went to the store recently, I was assisted by a male clerk with a slightly feminine voice and a slightly fat body. His face was full of smell... and he was not very patient when explaining... (I didn’t ask a lot of questions) I didn’t know it was me. Why is it ugly without makeup? Or is it because I am beautiful(?) And he just happens to be misogynistic??... I don't feel very good, so I just want to leave. But...I'm still quite sure about the orange glasses, and I hope I can pay attention to it in the future, otherwise I'm afraid that the orange's sign will be broken. ＜2020/February＞

The attitude of the clerk in dealing with things is dumbfounded. I originally wanted to match a pair of glasses and a pair of sunglasses on 7/18. I just saw their official website saying that there seems to be a discount for two pairs, but the clerk told me that they might not be able to use it after arriving on site. Discount, but they say they will have a meeting with the store manager at night and tell the store manager about my situation. As a result, I received a phone call the next morning. The person on the phone said that they had made some adjustments after the meeting yesterday. Can I tell him that I can’t speak briefly on the phone? (If I don’t like their changes, I don’t have to go for nothing.) The clerk specified that I must go there. I will go there on the evening of 7/19 and want to know what discount they are changing. As a result, there is no change at all, and the discount is still not available. Is it a shame now? I think this store's attitude in handling things is really ridiculous!

The frame was so crooked that it was inconvenient to use, so I took it to the original factory for repair. The clerk not only kindly helped and explained that there might be risks in the repair, but in the end my glasses came back perfectly! Not only was my lens cleaned up, but the frame returned to its normal state-most importantly, everything was handled by the clerk! free of charge! (Unless you need to ask the manufacturer to adjust, it takes about 350...?) Have a super beautiful experience, thank you very much!
