★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So clean a facility. Very friendly service. Newly opened 2021, maybe just one year old. Food are ordered by staff and can be customized. We had breakfast ordered, 2 pan fried eggs, beef noodle soup, salad, Taiwanese style vegetable and sweet potato. Everything is freshly made and can be customize (eg. I ordered beef noodle soup without noodle as I am diabetic) I think the food quality is better than the business class food I will have, comparable to a 5-star hotel. Maybe the COVID situation causes not crowded situation. Anyway, if you visit Taoyuan airport, I highly highly recommended it. It is way better than Eva lounge I used before.

Beef noodles soup is good.
Dry noodles or rice… ok m… not enough meat compared to beef noodle soup

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best lounge I've ever visited in the world, and I've been to dozens of lounges all around the ?. The staff is extremely friendly, and they speak perfect English. I was escorted to a table and asked where I'd prefer to sit - I asked for a seat near a window and was promptly guided to a seat with an outlet and a table. I was handed a full, printed menu and had full table service when I was ready to order food and drinks. The food was delicious, restaurant quality Taiwanese food!! A perfect meal prior to my 12.5hr flight to Seattle. WiFi strength is good, there is a small gym and also massage chairs. Really a 5 star lounge!! ? ?? ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No food but packed meal to be taken out. Pandemic almost controlled but still a good excuse for cutting cost. Very big space but empty. Two massage chairs. Three lounge chairs. No tarmac view but view of the outside. Shower available. Still good service - asked if you need blanket while resting.
