輕鬆氛圍的小餐館。環境非常的乾淨舒適,即使是開放式的廚房也沒有油煙味。餐點非常的優異,從主菜的火候、配菜的調味擺盤,麵包、湯品、小食,樣樣都掌握的非常好。品質已經超越不少高價位餐廳了。這樣的價位能吃到如此美味的料理,非常超值!

常在隔壁的麵店用餐 突然間發現隔壁再重新裝潢 原來是要開牛排店 後來聽說風評不錯 就想說來試試 這裡的食材用料 其實蠻高檔的 難怪價位上不便宜 當麵包一上桌 就感受到 加了小套餐 湯品一來 拿起湯匙舀入口 濃郁的蘑菇香味就在嘴裡化了開來 驚訝的是他的細緻程度 真的無法形容 因為綿密到比咖啡的奶泡還更細緻 在嘴裡面真的是用融化在嘴裡的感受 緊接著點的主餐陸續上來 首先碳烤雞肉排先上桌 焦脆的雞皮搭配著多汁的緊實雞肉 原味就已經非常的美味 搭配著黃芥末特調的醬汁 把雞肉的味道又拉升到另一個層次 搭配的沙拉裡面 好像是無花果的果肉 酸甜Q彈的口感跟味道 把油膩感的味道轉化 相當的搭配 接下來牛排跟鴨肉 同時上桌 牛肉沾著海鹽 非常緊實的嚼勁 肉質非常的保水 在口中咀嚼時 肉汁不斷地竄出 會令人好想來口紅酒搭配 喜歡牛肉風味的 真的不容錯過 而鴨肉應該就是他們的重中之重 利用木炭炭烤的香氣 包覆在鴨皮上 焦脆感十足 肉汁也相當飽滿 莓果醬將鴨肉甜味襯托出 令人一口接著一口 下次會想要再來試試其他的主菜 也建議喜歡搭配紅酒的朋友們 可以帶著自己喜愛的紅酒一起來享用

我的分數是落在4.5顆星左右,餐廳空間不大,座位數也不多,要用餐建議先預約訂位,主餐表現不錯,肉類的份量夠,煎烤的熟度也掌握洽當,沙朗和鴨胸還是相當軟嫩口感佳,鴨胸搭配莓果醬更是達到解膩和襯托鴨肉香氣的效果,只是以這樣的定價,配菜應該可以再豐富一點,特別是加價的部份表現就顯得比較空虛了。

【OUI是牛排館】 很有趣的店名,位於美術館美術東四路,小小間很有質感的小店位子不多, 應該是剛開沒多久知名度還沒出來, 我猜以後應該會天天客滿,因為太Nice了 主廚曾經在「教父牛排」做過, 今天點了安格斯黑牛沙朗&紐西蘭羊排佐阿根廷青醬 五分熟的沙朗軟嫩適中,非常好吃 8盎司才650 Cp值爆錶啊! 羊排也是沒在跟你客氣580大洋, 四大根肉很多~ 非常滿足? 升級了套餐附麵包+濃湯+飲品 還單點了廣島炸牡蠣 ? 會再來品嚐其他餐點 評分: Cp值10/10 環境10/10 食物10/10 服務9/10

Terrific steak, possibly the best I have been served in Taiwan! Perfectly cooked, tender medium-rare filet mignon. And the sides were up to the same high standard, and beautifully seasoned.
