My pair had to be made off-site so I needed to wait about 2 weeks. I received a SMS a few days before the expected arrival.
It's also nice to have Transitions Version 8.0. Changes color faster.
Collection was simple and quick. Great overall experience.
The downside is that my lenses are thicker than my old pair. However, for the price difference I can get used to thicker lenses.
My old pair has a yellow tint due to the Blue Light filter. The staff recommend not to get the Blue Light filter with Transition as the lenses will look yellow color.

1. Spacial enough for people to come enjoy their shopping
2. Staff are very well trained and proactive to help the customers. They are able to provide useful product information such as the differences of transition lens of various brands
3. Very convenient - it just locates 30 meters to the tax refund counter on 1/F.
4. With their own sofa areas for the companion to take a rest.
5. The fastest way to have new glasses is 20 minutes only - Same as other branches.
