I would rl highly recommend booking through this agency. We booked one day in advance, and were provided with a very friendly and knowledgeable driver, Samuel, who arrived on time as promised. The trip we booked was well worth the price we paid, and it was very nice to have a personal driver instead of being on a group tour. Thanks for everything!

Our driver, Mr. Stanley Chen made the difference in our trip. He brought us to places often visited by tourist and to places not usually visited by tourist and locals. He is HIGHLY recommended. You will not (NEVER) regret hiring him to drive you in and around Taiwan! An attraction himself!

Ownrides made our first Taiwan trip memorable coz they made it hassle free by providing a great service. May i say, affordable too !!! We stopped in Keelung during a cruise and were looking for a private tour. I am handicapped and cannot enter a bus and was thus looking for an alternative to the trips offered by the cruise company. OWNRIDES was perfect. The communication before the trip was smooth and quick and Steve was perfect in answering to my ideas. Our driver, Jeff Zhou, was very kind and caring and always looked that I could get the best of all spots. We had a wonderful trip (2 persons) and saw much more in less time than the regular ship tours and still could do everything in our, resp. my, pace without having to hurry. We can just recommend OWNRIDES.

Halfway through my family Taiwan tour. Used OWNRIDES three times so far. Customising my tour itineraries online is very simple. The owner Steve was always ready to answer questions and reply quickly. Highly recommend OWNRIDES if you want a reliable transportation with ease in planning. I used Mr. Sunny Huan twice, in Taipei and Yilan. He is a reliable, friendly, jovial, professional and knowledgeable guide. He will chat with you and give you as many information possible even it is not part of your tour. On long drives, if you are resting, he knows to stop chatting and let you rest. Provide accurate information on your itinerary destination. Highly recommend Mr. Sunny Huang. Had Mr. Chen Qing Xiang for Taroko Gorges tour. Again another reliable, professional and knowledgeable guide. Know the areas well and flexible with minor changes in itinerary. Overall very happy so far with OWNRIDES and their guides. Have one more itinerary with them in the next half if my tour. On my last part of Taiwan tour, I had Mr. Chen Jiang Long as guide from Taichung to Alishan and back to Kaohsiung. As alike of OWNRIDES guides, he is professional, knowledgeable and look after my family. Provide info to us on Alishan. Highly recommended. Will use OWNRIDES again when I come to Taiwan.

Our trip to Taichung was made even better by our driver Mr. Hudson. He was very friendly and accommodating. He gives us a lot of information about our chosen spots and takes our pictures. We even got to stop at the mushroom farm and try their snacks. He was also very patient even if we pass the allotted time for a certain place. Will definitely recommend him to our friends who are coming to Taiwan.

Our first attempt to visit Taiwan and use Ownrides was thwarted by the EVA strike. They refunded our deposits quickly and without fuss. When we did get there this month, we were impressed by the punctuality and professionalism of the drivers. .e took tours out of Taipei on two days in two directions and had a great time both days. Definitely worth the cost.
