★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為路過北車，代辦處剛好在附近，所以臨時決定去諮詢，幸運的遇到Cindy，跟她聊天的過程感覺得出她對工作的熱忱也很喜歡澳洲這個地方，讓跟她聊天後的我也開啟了對澳洲的憧憬(真想立刻就出發)。她真的很專業~對澳洲學校課程非常熟悉，解說時也很細心，沒有讓我空手而回，而且還再三確認我有沒有其他問題，不像其他代辦只會要我回去等資料等資料等資料，問什麼都等傳資料，失去了直接想在面對面諮詢中得到答案的用意。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原本去教育展是抱著走馬看花的心情,詢問了有關小朋友的遊學課程,感謝cindy在人聲吵雜的環境下有耐心的聽取我們的問題及需求,後續又親切的介紹符合我們的夏令營,讓一開始有如無頭蒼蠅的我和孩子都覺得很不錯,雖然最後因為私人因素導致無法成行,但是非常感謝她的介紹,往後如果有機會一定會找她,也會推薦給想去澳洲的親朋好友
