1 hour for 60 NT and lots of classes to choose from for a bit more.
The owner got his PhD in sports science (or something of the sort) and teaches at local universities and is a ridiculously nice guy and speaks great English.
Opened around May 2019, so still very new. Has everything you might need, dumbbells, bars, plenty of benches. It feels like a professional cross fit gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent the last 3 months in Tamsui and really enjoyed coming to P & K Fitness. My partner and I signed up for 2-on-1 personal training sessions and had a great time learning from our coach.
The gym is extremely well maintained, has an adequate amount of equipment and everyone is very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for a gym with friendly, knowledgeable, supportive staff (most can speak at least some English!), quality equipment, a clean environment, and awesome classes with motivating trainers, this is it! They don't have shower facilities at the moment, so you'll definitely need to bring a towel. So happy that I found this gym when my old one shut down! Would 100% recommend to all.
