明明官網上就說有支援庫網APP可以不過繳費機出場,
之前在別的地方的嘟嘟房也有成功出場過,
結果今天被卡在出口,
原本以為又是感應不到車牌,
重新倒車感應都還是不能出場,
按了客服對講機,一直跟我鬼打牆說超過半小時要繳費,
我知道要繳費阿,我是問你不是可以用APP繳嗎,
結果客服講到後面就口氣很差的說下次要去繳費機繳費,
然後把門打開,
我以為他終於聽懂了,讓我用APP付款,就直接離開,
結果回去查了APP發現沒有付款紀錄耶.......
不知道是嘟嘟房的問題還是APP的問題,
但嘟嘟房的客服態度很差,所以一顆星星就給你們了~

"P2停車場"進場 (計費規定:
臨停30分鐘內.免費), 當下
車號 即已自動辨識錯誤.
後於 19:47 欲出場. 以對講機
聯繫管理員, 等候許久
方才接聽. 告知進場之時.
車號辨識錯誤, 等候管理員
確認狀況. 並回覆.
後管理員覆稱: 車號已經
更正, 但是臨停已經逾時.
需再繳費. 才能夠出場.
當下時間 19:49, 後續繳費
發票顯示之進場時間為
19:17:58, 差2秒鐘. 即為
19:18, 確認時間未記錯.
但停車場管理員卻將系統
錯誤與校正之時間 併計入.
停車時間, 雖然僅只差了
1~2分鐘, 卻要消費者承擔,
停車費由 $0 變成 $60,
去電 (03)261-3367 詢問,
管理員堅持說法. 聲稱合理,
再次詢問. 如此收費不合理.
將去電 嘟嘟房總公司 詢問,
管理員僅回答: 沒關係,
那就去投訴.
只好再將案情詳實紀錄,
