★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2月時到比漾專櫃買了一雙鞋,回來後穿著走路覺得怪怪的不太舒服,有一 次無意間發現怎麼鞋墊怎麼會比鞋子小了2公分,難怪穿起來都怪怪的不舒服。等到假日又跑一趟過去跟女店員反應鞋墊尺寸錯誤,請她換正確的鞋墊給我,女店員說要等總公司的業務來處理,結果半個月過去都沒消沒息,打電話過去問只說交給總公司處理了,不知道總公司何時處理好。這是你們鞋子的瑕疵,我只是請你們換正確的鞋墊而已,不懂為何要那麼久?而且我從來也沒聽說過新鞋會放錯鞋墊的,還是一雙要價3千多元的鞋子,這真的很扯。換個鞋墊半個月了還沒消息,真的是很糟的購物經驗!
