事情經過: 一次購買2雙鞋子沒尺寸向其它店調貨,表示可郵寄到家。 然後只收到一雙,另一雙遲遲沒收到,才向店家反應。 店家只幫我們跟貨運公司確認單號,以及確認有我們家社區的簽收戳章,並提供貨運公司電話。 經自行電洽貨運公司表明要確認該簽收單據資料是否無誤,卻遭拒絕。 所以再行與店家反映該情形,也明確表示請店家協助再次跟貨運公司確認(也跟店家舉了實例,表示我身邊周遭友人就是有遇過貨運公司寄錯包裹,或是雖有簽收,但因雙方疏失包裹沒收到的情形,所以才再麻煩店家協助跟貨運公司確認),結果店家只說上述情形發生機率很小,還是一直拿我們家社區確實有簽收為由,請我們家自行調閱監視器查找。 最後,我們家社區在今天終於找到了,發現店家根本把地址寫錯了,導致被別的住戶誤領了。 雖說東西找到了,但早已沒有購物的喜悅,是非常不愉快的消費感受。 這事件我想說的是,如果店家一開始就勇於承擔,多站在客戶立場著想,積極協助跟貨運公司確認,而不是讓人感覺好像店家跟貨運公司砲口一致對著消費者,讓消費者自己孤軍奮戰繞一大圈。 事雖小,只值不到3000元,不見就再買一雙而已,但更突顯店家連小事都懶的處理,那遇到更大的問題呢?這不予置評⋯

店員說某款式的鞋沒有我要的尺寸了,我問店員能不能調貨,店員連查電腦都沒查,就說全部都沒貨了不能調,結果馬上去隔壁遠東百貨明明就有貨== 想要試穿最大號的童鞋,問了兩次店員都說我一定穿不下,擺明不想幫客人拿,後來去隔壁遠東百貨試穿,明明就穿的下,很差的購物經驗
