1/5我買了一雙鞋,店員說需要調貨等2~3天,1/7我打電話去詢問店員又說要等1週,我等到1/18我一直都沒接到電話真的太久了,我打去店裡問鞋到了沒,店員說1/6就到貨打我的電話不通?,我根本沒接到電話,好沒關係那1/7我打去店裡問鞋說要等一週是怎樣,是看都沒看的說要等?今天去拿鞋問店員這件事說不知道,嗯第一次購買感覺非常的差,再也不會來這專櫃買鞋了。

Then 1/7 I called to the store and asked the shoes how to wait for a week. I went to get the shoes and asked the clerk about this. Well, the first time I bought it, I felt very bad. I will never come to this counter to buy shoes again.

前幾天有去看這家,很喜歡某一雙,店員說我的尺寸只剩一雙,但是有色差!因為一支擺在店內擺放關係,原本跟我說其他店有貨可以調,之後我就跟店員說那我看看其他有沒有我喜歡的,結果試穿了大概10雙左右,有些只是試顏色並不是我的尺寸,但最後她說沒有我的尺寸了!這是在試什麼啊?!最最後我跟她說我還是喜歡我原本第一雙試穿的鞋,結果她改口說,這雙其他店都沒了!這是?不是跟我說其他店有貨嗎?感覺在耍人,所以如果要去這家店要斟酌一下!

228連假買了一雙鞋 因為沒有尺寸 店員說要幫忙調貨 3-5天會到 過完一個禮拜後覺得很奇怪鞋子都還沒來 再打電話問 跟我說送貨途中不知道送去哪裡會在幫我訂一次 結果又過一個禮拜一樣沒到 今天再打第二次跟我說3/3已經到貨還有電話通知 請問是在耍我嗎 還是店員根本沒檢查到底到貨了沒^_^

這品牌大概是我人生中見過最佛系的銷售了(大概不是很缺業績?) 4/26看喜歡了一雙鞋,無奈店內只剩展示鞋⋯店家表示其他分店還有一雙可以幫忙調貨但要先付清後等電話通知。 ㄧ個多禮拜過去了,沒簡訊也沒任何電話!昨天碰巧經過店家想說去問問看調貨情形,結果店員竟然說調了貨之後又被退了回去(我瞬間真是滿頭問號???),後來店家又說因為這雙已經停產了以後不能再賣,我就問說:所以你們都不用打電話給客人告知這種情形嗎?不能賣的東西你讓我付了錢又白等是什麼意思?如果我今天不跑這一趟的話我這輩子都不會知道嘍??? 結果店家居然回說她太忙著這幾天點貨退貨的事情給忙忘記了! (哈囉?請問這是理由嗎??!妳鞋店上班不忙這些事難道你追劇不成?!) 總之她手邊就是留著我當初試穿的那雙展示鞋要我接受不然就退我錢,於是我只好很不愉快的退了錢!誰想要等了一個禮拜還強迫被接受買展示鞋啊!況且那雙鞋子已經明顯有多次穿過的痕跡了⋯ 喔對了,上次我陪朋友去同品牌不同分店時也是遇到這種讓人無言以對的購物情形呢! 10分鐘前說她的尺寸有貨剩最後一雙,10分鐘後又說那雙被自己員工給買走了!既然你們都不愛賣給客人,我看你們員工就都自己買吧??? (是說我打去總公司想客訴還吃閉門羹呢!所以說這種體制下會教育出這種店員我一點也不意外!)
