爛爆! 上周打電話叫個國際除濕機到府維修(機器正常運轉但吸不到水) 上周師父直接打電話來詢問狀況 但沒親自到家看狀況 只說溫度控制板壞了 要調零件 下周一才能來家裡維修 等到周一中午了 完全沒來電話 還是我主動打去詢問 結果換另一個師父打電話給我 重新問我除濕機怎麼了! 我說:你不是上次打給我的師父吧 他說:上次那個師父今天發燒請假 我說:這樣很不負責任,我上周就打說今天要來維修了,我也在家等 他說:那我叫他發燒來維修吧,你們也不愿意吧…… 我說:至少也要主動告知我們狀況而不是我們打過去問,那我沒打不就一直傻在家等 整個事件我只能說這麼簡單的服務,都做的這麼爛!就是不負責任!真心奉勸要買國際的,請三思!!
