★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年10月底,特力屋終於打電話來說,送來新的沒有裂痕的蓄水桶,這難道要等到客戶不斷的反應、要求,才能有好的售後服務嗎?

一間沒有信用的公司!
剛買來的3台除濕機都有裂痕,
還都是不同年份製造的,
告知特力屋,特力屋告知我他們抽箱檢查的除濕機也都有裂痕,已經跟國際牌反應了!
所以大家快去檢查自己家裏面的除濕機看有沒有裂痕,裂痕地方在重要的蓄水箱滴水處,
本來國際牌業務答應換一個正常的產品,卻一直拖延,答應何時回電,卻都沒接到任何一通來電,還要我去特力屋投訴才又願意打電話來「敷衍」一下,就又沒下文。
處理事情用「廠商技術無法製造沒裂痕的」來回覆,
讓我很不可思議!
我也有新買別牌的除濕機,並沒有這個問題
國際牌南區業務經理口口聲聲說「產品很安全」等來敷衍
卻無法提出任何安全證明
且答應隔日會有能處理事情的人回電
我連一通電話也沒接到
我告知若真的無法給一個沒有裂痕的,就請給我一張保證書以保障我使用國際牌的除濕機是安全無虞的,不會造成人身、財產的安全問題,竟然告知沒辦法
沒想到一間老牌公司,竟然連個蓄水箱的裂痕都無法處理,還有售後服務竟然是「敷衍」及「拖延」!

A company with no credit!
The three dehumidifiers just bought have cracks.
Are all made in different years,
Tell Telling House, Telling House told me that the dehumidifiers they checked out also had cracks, and they had reacted to the international brand!
So everyone quickly check the dehumidifier in your home to see if there are any cracks. The cracks are at the dripping point of the important water tank.
Originally, the international brand business promised to change to a normal product, but it has been delayed. When I promised to call back, I didn't receive any calls. I needed to go to the Telling House to make a complaint before I was willing to call for a "perfunctory". Below.
To deal with the matter, reply with "manufacturer technology can’t make no cracks",
It makes me incredible!
I also bought a new dehumidifier of another brand, and I didn’t have this problem
The business manager of the International Brand South District kept saying "the product is safe" and so on.
But couldn’t provide any security proof
And promised that someone who can handle the matter will call back the next day
I didn't even receive a call
I told that if I really can’t give one without cracks, please give me a letter of guarantee to ensure that my use of international brand dehumidifiers is safe and will not cause personal and property safety problems.
Unexpectedly, an established company could not even deal with the cracks in the water storage tank, and the after-sales service turned out to be "perfunctory" and "delayed"!

因為時值歲末工作忙碌,內人不知過幾天去電維修站詢問,所得到的竟然是維修費用是1千多元,好像是1千五百多的樣子,你們這樣子亂搞一通,就好像是我跟內人多報了2千多元的維修拥金,家中由冷氣到冷熱風機都是貴公司的產品 ,原來你們的服務還加料,讓客戶家庭失和的,請跟我解釋清楚,我不要賠償但是請貴公司解釋清楚,不然我找消保官去了,離譜也過份

維修速度很快,家電送到門市後在回家路上就已收到維修人員的來電。
請記得您的家電購入時間(建議您把購入時間店名貼在旁邊),保固期內費用有差?
我之前是維修微波爐,由於在保固期內,大約700元,隔天就好了!
高雄市正言路上也有維修服務,住市區不用跑到馬卡道路了!
?冬天時冷氣可以趁機維修並清洗髒污,夏季時期冷氣機才會順利運轉,清涼一夏不上火!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11/25維修商品人員服務不錯,所以預約12/2下午保養滾筒洗衣機及更換橡膠圈(12/2早上9點多才告知橡膠圈缺貨12/7才會到貨,有問師傅確定嗎?師傅很肯定到貨日,所以改12/9下午一併處理),今天下午被放鴿子去電客訴,師傅回電說橡膠圈還沒到貨,也忘記通知我了。連二週的周四都被放鴿子,連提前通知我都很困難,這次的服務連一顆星也不想給。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雖然新買冰箱漏冷媒誰都不想遇到!但聯繫當天來檢修(雖然無法故障排除)…隔天送一台勘品讓顧客可以使用很加分!售後服務雖然不是在高雄買的!但聯繫態度!速度都很值得讚許?!雖然還是驚驚(第一次遇到)希望不會再碰到機王!感謝協助處理!
