糟糕的購買經驗,遇到過年出貨比較慢可以體諒,等了一個半月後,要主動詢問3次,到今天因為要裝玻璃再次詢問,還問客人說是否有定冷氣,那在通訊軟體上面講那麼多次都沒有在記客人的資訊嗎? 很急的問題打給老闆詢問,也沒說要給他時間問安裝人員技術問題,就讓我跟安裝玻璃的師傅在這邊乾等,實在是浪費時間。 可能我已經開始口氣不好,查到單之後才跟我預約安裝時間,所以是這種東西,客人口氣差才可以插隊的嗎? 後來老闆有退訂給我,原本已經到貨的家電也沒打算幫我送過來,白白浪費人家1個多月的時間。 因友人推薦才特地去到比較遠的這邊來購買,真的不比附近都有的全國電子的服務品質,一分錢一分貨,省沒有200塊換到了一個月多的等待及糟糕的服務?爛

前年向美齊富訂裝一部分離式冷氣。安裝技師能審視環境後施工。我都很滿意。今年因房間舊換新和線路問題。從訂機前的詢問安全性和安裝需求。店方仍盡心的回應我的問題。今天又安裝了二部。技師到現場先了解環境並能充分與我溝通安裝問題後施工。全程符合我的要求並將我思考不週之處予以改善。雖說美齊富吸引我的注意是在價格方面便宜。但對安裝技術上一點也不馬虎。

跟老闆訂了一台日立冷氣,今天技師前來安裝,發現室外機太大,陽台空間不夠,老闆立馬協助更換國際牌,非常貼心,價格也非常公道,現場技師也展現了專業及細膩度,讓人很安心,面對即將來臨的炎炎夏日,就不用擔心了,真是讚啦!

因為要冷氣外機號碼才能報節能補助~店家自己一開始沒給我們~店家的疏忽還要讓我們消費者自己一直詢問,前後拖了快一個月(房子已出租,一直麻煩房客我們也很不好意思)還是我打電話去問才跟我說已經查到了!最後的詢問小姐態度真的很讓人不舒服!為什麼你們店家的疏忽要我們消費者買單⋯⋯ 更新:小姐說請原廠去處理~但我是房東,而房子已經租給房客了(中間店家員工已經去家裡拍過一次,後來又說沒拍到,要在重拍)這點你們老闆也清楚,而且我有先詢問房客是否有告知他們,房客說原廠人員只拍完照後就離開了,也沒跟他們說外機號碼!什麼叫你們是第三方?錢不是你店家收的嗎?原廠員工沒告知妳結果?請問為何妳有外機號碼的照片可以傳給我?真的是非常的會推卸責任!

搬新家買家電 在美齊富買了4台冷氣1台冰箱1台洗衣機,花了18~19萬,由衷地覺得美齊富服務態度很差! 1.裝冷氣是兩人一組,一個師傅一個很年輕的,覺得他們工真的很粗,包在天花板裡面的銅管看不到的就算了,穿出來到後陽台接室外機的部份就拉的很醜然後矽利康也補的很醜封不夠多,叫他們過來再處理一下也叫不來!然後洗衣機使用上會跳錯誤碼!跟老板反映,老板叫我找原廠,結果原廠來看發現美齊富沒按照標準來裝排水管,叫我再跟美齊富反映!老板了解情況後說會拿排水管來幫我延伸!結果又過了幾個星期快一個月吧,某一天忽然打來說師傅今天在我家這附近施工(原來要順便才會過來!快笑死了),所以可以過來處理這兩個需求!但因為老板事先都沒講好!還有別的事所以沒辦法讓他們進屋!結果我從去年8月等到現在3月,請老板來把事情處理完,美齊富就是叫不來,現在還叫我自己去找水電去找原廠處理!這種服務態度讓人大開眼界!如果可以重新選擇,苦勸還是要找評價高的店家才會有服務的熱誠!以上全部都有line對話跟老板抱怨的記錄!不怕來查! 看了店家的回覆快吐血! 美齊富從來沒有約過時間,說謊的店家!!! 只有我催促排程,卻置之不理! 只能說你們是憑實力拿一顆星!好自為之吧

It turned out that after a few weeks and almost a month, one day, I suddenly called and said that the master was working near my house today (it turned out that I had to come by the way! I'm dying of laughter), so I can come and handle these two needs! But because the boss didn't say it well in advance! There are other things so there is no way to let them in! As a result, I waited from August last year to March, and asked the boss to finish the matter. Mei Qifu just couldn't come, and now I am still asking me to find the water and electricity to find the original factory to deal with it! This service attitude is eye-opening!
