樓管代為道歉並再次承諾寄送，至少已逾1個月仍然無消息。從店員到百貨樓管都採取“欺騙”的方式，非常荒謬！我們在乎的是“誠信”的買賣，而非只是1包贈品的價值！
人品影響食品，我們非常不推薦！也不會再購買！
