The highest point of the Zhangping Highway, Shishiling, also known as Fuling Ridge, is about 550 meters above sea level. It is located at the junction of Qizhi and Pingxi. The roadside Fuxing Palace Land Gongmiao is an obvious landmark here. A number of ancient roads meet at the Shishiling, including: Jingtong Ancient Road (to Pingxi Jingtong Pit), Shidi Ancient Road (to Pingxi Old Street), and Shishi Ancient Road (the ridgeline afforestation trail to the 581 peak, the non-Vietnamese Ridge Road), as the internal Pi Road mountainside line (Dongshan Road, Xizhi), as Pi Road in the valley line (into the house once the road leaves). On the side of the rear side of Fuxing Palace in Shishiling, there is a mountain pass at Jiangzi Mountain (729 m, third-point). Jiangzi Mountain is the highest peak in Keelung. It is located at the junction of Qizhi, Keelung and Pingxi, with a 360-degree view from the top. The northeast monsoon winds up, the mountain vegetation is dominated by Miscanthus grass; the Miscanthus grows fast, making several primitive mountain trails that climb the top of the Jiangzi Mountain, often in a state of being trapped by Miscanthus. In view of this, many years ago, the Keelung City Government built a "Jiangzi Lushan Mountain Trail" from the bottom of the seven Tai'an Road, which made it difficult to climb the Jiangzi Mountain.

There is a park here. Apart from the hustle and bustle of heavy trucks passing by on Xiping Highway, the environment is quite quiet, and many people come here to relax and relax.

Also known as Fuxing Palace, opposite is the entrance of Pingxi section of Jingtong Ancient Road and Sankeng Mountain. Most of the ancient roads are natural dirt roads. There is a downward left fork at the entrance of 30 meters. It is a Taipower maintenance road and it is easy to enter by mistake. At the entrance of the cave, it is advisable to bring trekking poles. There are stone steps or cement roads down from Moshenzai Cave, which are spacious and easy to walk. There is bus 795 (stop sign "Erkengkou") at the entrance of the mountain, turn left for 5 minutes and you will arrive at Jingtong Railway Station, where you can eat delicious food and take beautiful photos, and walk along the railway for 20 minutes to Pingxi.
