讓人感受真的很不好。專業度實在令人堪憂！
到現在還不知道那位小姐是誰呢？^_^
I made an appointment to see the room by phone, but I didn't receive a text message or tell me which one to ask for consultation.
As soon as I arrived at the reception center, I didn't even have the relevant materials & tea ready, and I didn't even want to give me a self-introduction or a business card...
It feels really bad. Professionalism is really worrying!
