★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetent and unresponsive management when it came to my noise issue. Some owner-occupiers of this building think it is their right to make as much noise as they like even when it affects others, particularly if you’re “just a tenant”. No genuine effort to resolve my problem and wanted to “upgrade” me by charging me more for a larger room. Ridiculous for a supposedly high-end serviced apartment. Avoid, there are much better options
