- Great service from the staff. Very helpful whenever we have questions.
- Two options for breakfast: Western or Chinese style breakfast.
- Efficient axi hailing service from hotel.
- Locations is close to the malls and great restaurants.
- Hot water came super fast, which is a huge plus.
Cons:
- The elevators are a bit far away from our room, and it took longer than expected for them to arrive on our floor.
- Maybe because the hotel is dated, there are very few electric outlets throughout the room. I'd suggest bringing a plug with multiple USB outlets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent buffet offering a great variety of food. I'd suggest the meats and seafood here, fresh and nicely seasoned. The dessert section is rather lacking as the taste is average or below. The sitting area could be better arranged as it is quite crowded most of the time. Friendly staffs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the American restaurant on fourt floor of Howard. During my stay to Howard I had daily breakfast here and it was best. Once I had dinner here and I found lot of options of interest. There is a big list of food items. If you love beaf or pork, then it adds lot more options for you.
