★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5/21 傍晚疫情期間經過貴建案對面的823公園，工人剛好下班，穿著藍色polo衫制服（某消防公司）員工，就隨手丟了提神飲料玻璃瓶在公園人行道上破裂了，大片碎片就在人行道中間，隨即上了車（RDG-0378)銀色廂型車，一個工人把大碎片踢到旁邊草地，我覺得很高級的建案，是不是也該要求一下工作人員的素質，明明外面有垃圾子母車不丟，隨便丟在人行道上破裂也不理，有人走過刺傷怎麼辦？當自己雖小嗎？真的沒公德心很差勁！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從以前就很喜歡惠宇建設的房子，希望有機會自己的首購屋是惠宇的。知道他較貴也沒關係。
但這樣的想法在看幾次惠宇的新物件也跟屋主交涉後，真心覺得失望! 屋主都可以很明白的說，他們跟惠宇建設很要好，價格不能談！要幫惠宇抬價！
而且不是個案，後來聽朋友說，他們也有聽到這樣的狀況，大家都知道！
原來，我心目中的惠宇(其實是在媽媽那輩傳下來的好觀念)，不能說它不對！但真心失望，原來以為惠宇很愛惜羽毛的....難怪後期大家都說變投資客的炒房，真心失望....

And it's not a case. Later, I heard from friends that they also heard of this situation. Everyone knows it!
It turns out that Huiyu in my mind (actually a good idea passed down from my mother's generation), I can't say that it is wrong! But I was really disappointed. I thought that Huiyu cherished Feathers very much... No wonder everyone said that they became investors’ real estate speculators, and I was really disappointed...
