★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely staff on reception and in the hotel restaurant. We arrived at 9am way before check in and the staff on reception organised us to have a room available at 10am even though check in was at 3pm. The rooms were lovely and the restaurant and included buffet breakfast was wonderful. A good location to explore Taipei and walk around to monuments and night markets, also very close to the metro!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, we’re happy with our stay however housekeeping standards could be improved - Inconsistencies on some days. I guess it depends on who is cleaning the room that day.
We love the quality of breakfast although the variety is not huge but standard is there. Service was prompt as well.
Location was great too, hotel is about 5minutes walk to metro with plenty of eateries nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The epitome of a class stay. This hotel has a certain charm within it and the professional but warm hearted service that you receive here is nothing short of perfect. The food is prepared by an absolute wizard in the kitchen. The chef that made the food gave me another perspective on how an egg should taste. All the dishes are made fresh and are presented with finesse. The rooms are minimalistic but with high end design at the same time. I enjoyed my stay here. The skilled kitchen crew is in this section that has a through way to order specifics like Over Easy egg which I highly recommend. I can't really fault anything negative to say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated in a convenient location, its a superb hotel with great food and service. If you drive a rental, you will appreciate the parking availability here. Will definitely be back again. Rooms were clean, service was top notch where the service staff was cheery and attentive. Will be my go to when I'm back in Taipei.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern clean rooms with everything you need. Staff speaks english very good and is very helpful. The breakfast tastes awesome and offers a wide variety of warm and cold dishes. Breakfast eggs are served based on your preferences. Price is good for the level of service and room quality that is provided. What would have been helpful is way guidance from the airport to the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is in a Brand new building which makes it nice to stay. Room finishes is clean and nicely design. I love the floor and how careful they layout the tile job. Block out is super nice. However, I wish there are more common area. It lacks of those are which makes it not as social.

The downside of this hotel room is that the refrigerator wasn‘t working properly so we had to take our food to the reception and freeze it instead.
Best part of this room is the amenity , toilet , shower area and bed are all very comfortable
The shower kit they used was from a famous brand in the U.S , and feel super good after shower
Overall experience is very well, would definitely recommend for a staycation!
