簽約前態度佳 報價效率好,還提供訂金後付的彈性。當下還很開心找到此廠商就順利簽約了。 簽約後,遇到的問題都要我司自己想辦法,追著交期永遠不確定,沒遇過做樣品還要收費? 樣品做好後要求我司急的話自己付運費、詢問交期時,要我司自己算工作天...種種服務態度差到要求更換業務。 交貨前未經通知就出貨,並要求出貨當天付款? 每間公司都有公司的請款流程要走。最扯的是line聯絡不到業務,只好打到貴司,同事轉接後,該業務接電話後表示非本人??聲音就是同一位,當客戶很笨? 一切前端的不開心我覺得就算了,最令我司難以接受的是成品600個都像下圖一樣,縫線處明顯,品質極差...經反映貴司業務回答為填充棉花處都會接口,沒看過哪個抱枕.頸枕接縫處如下圖這麼醜。一個含稅價快200元的頸枕,完全沒有這個價值、看起來廉價。一開始公司想要贈送給同仁的用心也被糟蹋。 最糟的採購經驗,我司再也不會與你們合作。
