★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is inside XinGuanShanYue Mall 新光三越 A9 2nd Fl. The food is okay, but the service needs to be improved for sure. The waitress messed-up our order and double charged our bill. We all make mistakes, but the waitress makes no attempts at all to acknowledge nor apologize for it. Thank God, we double checked the bill. Whew.........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited out the rain at Paul Bakery the other day, had a pleasant hour of their tiramisu cake with earl grey tea. Bought a small selection of bread home too. Saw a good mix of friends doing afternoon tea and some business lunches, overall nice ambience but I feel the selection of bread can be larger for a stand-alone shop like those in Japan. Service staff were attentive and great though. Will go back again but I hope they have more types of bread soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has a European style environment, I wish the seats were larger. The food is ok, nothing I had never tasted before, but the bread that they gave me as an entre stood out, though the hamburger was not worth the money. There were many deserts in the menu they didn’t serve, because they are imported from France and there is a virus out there so they are out of stock. The chocolate tart has a very rich flavor and the crust is buttery in a good way (it is not greasy but you can taste the aroma of butter) the same thing for the lemon tart, good crust and the filling has a rich flavor, the little cake was a little dry, the blueberries tasted fresh though. The drinks were average, nothing to say about it. There is Wi-Fi that works and the service is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a fancy afternoon tea experience, and got the perfect seat. Love the europe ambience and interior of the restaurant. Food and dessert were delicious, but not anything special. You basically paid for the service and nice environment.
