Our room was fine. There weren't outlets by the bed, making it a hassle to charge our devices. The bed was comfortable. The tub and shower was good. We booked their deal that included dinner and breakfast buffet. The dinner dishes looked pretty, but didn't taste very good. The breakfast buffet selection was limited and didn't taste much better than the dinner. Unlike the nearby hotel, they don't offer a shuttle, so you either have to separately arrange rides or walk a long way to nearby attraction, which can be dangerous, especially at night. I would not stay here again.

Overall subpar experience. Our check-in took no less than 40 minutes because they were short-staffed and one of them just decided to serve the couple in the queue behind us first for whatever reason. The exterior of the hotel is beautiful, but the inside is a bit outdated. When we couldn’t find a way to adjust the AC temperature, their response was “if it’s too cold then just turn it off.” All in all, the place is nice enough but not the quality I expected for the price I paid for.

Hot spring is good but shower area needs improvement. Shampoo and all need refilling and some area need maintenance. Receptionist are friendly but there is no one around to even guide what is where due to shortage of manpower. You need to figure out everything. Very ordinary breakfast , they don’t even serve the basic stuffs are boiled eggs, cereals or milk. Overall we enjoyed our one night stay with family

1. Hair dryer, TV are low end products, and these do degrade the experience considering the price level 2. No coat hanger at all, that's insane 3. Only rain shower head without handheld spray, so it took you a lot of effort to take a shower, not a happy experience If it's 1400 NTD, I would say there should be one more star

The room is nice and clean. The view is also great. You can get some dessert and tea while waiting for the room or after hot spring.

Perfect condition and service of hot springs. Renovated recently. Choose either public area or a private rooms. Might be crowded during peak season In public are sometimes not enough of beds

The Suite with private pool was great. But I wish they made better arrangements for dinning sitting in that price range.

I’ll start with the pros. The room itself was spacious and had decent amenities ie. large TV, free Nespresso, 6 bottles of water, thick towels. The bed was also very large and comfortable, perfect for a good night’s sleep. All the staff at the “resort” were extremely nice and attentive. Now onto the cons. The room itself does not include entrance fee to the public hot springs, which requires an additional charge. This is odd considering it was a hot spring resort and as guests paying to stay at the hotel, the resort’s public pool/hotspring should’ve been accessible and included. After deciding to just settle for the hotspring bathtub in our own room, we were assured by the front desk that the hot water was sulfur hotspring water. The water inside the room for the tub area did not smell or feel like sulfur water. There was no difference between the tub hot water and the shower water. There were no outlets beside the bed to charge your phone. The breakfast was extremely mediocre as we were only allowed to choose from a set menu with an extremely limited selection of breads/fruits at the buffet area. The booking experience felt weird as they put you on a “list” if you want to book and you would have to wait for them to call you back in order to confirm there is vacancy. I felt like the whole experience was only worth half of what was charged.
