回覆無法幫忙代送,並跟我們說去別間耗材公司也一樣都沒這服務
我們自己後面去問了好幾家都可以幫忙代送!
買耗材請大家多方詢問，並且謹慎思考。

A new product is bad. I want to send the original to the trouble.
The reply can't help send it, and tells us that there is no such service in other consumables.
We have to ask a few of them to help us!

第一次反應就被質疑是公司印表機問題
請我寄回去檢測自行吸收運費
還被嗆說醫院也用他們家的色帶【都沒有】色帶使用上的問題
貴司的售後服務真讓人不敢領教

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 已經買很多次了，這一次碳粉打開列印顏色變淡，本來以為是瑕疵品，碳粉匣那去現場換，裡面小姐搬印表機測試結果沒問題，心裡面覺得很嘔怎麼會沒問題，我要求要換新品，後來小姐說這個型號碳粉匣與光股是分開的，換光股就會正常，先拿一隻光股讓我回家測試，沒問題再買光股，結果回家換上就正常了，謝謝小姐的耐心服務

The lady inside moved the printer and the test results were okay. Question, I asked for a new product. Later, the lady said that the toner cartridge of this model is separate from the optical unit, and the optical unit will be normal. First take a light unit and let me go home for a test. If there is no problem, buy the light unit again. It's normal to replace it when you go home, thank you for your patient service
