遠山、近水、藍天、白雲、大樹、綠草、石壁、沙洲、小丘、低谷、池塘、水閘、長橋、樓閣、亭台、水車、浮雕……，都非常宜人，適合所有年齡的人來親近它們。
公園唯一瑕疵，是樓梯與觀景台的木板有些已經腐朽，對遊客來說非常危險，希望主管單位盡快把它們汰換，使公園更趨完美。

The only flaw in the park is that some of the wooden boards of the stairs and the viewing platform have decayed, which is very dangerous for tourists. I hope the competent authority will replace them as soon as possible to make the park more perfect.

公園內最知名的觀光點應屬小黃山，但卑南溪在冬季為枯水期，沒有水景可觀。
木造觀景台地面木板有幾處破損，行走時需小心。

You can stop for a walk for 20-30 minutes.
The town is very new. According to a taxi driver and one-day tour guide, it was built in 2019 or 2020 and will be used for agricultural irrigation throughout Taitung.
The most well-known sightseeing spot in the park should be Xiaohuang Mountain, but Beinan Creek is in the dry season in winter, and there is no water view.
There are several broken boards on the ground of the wooden observation deck, so be careful when walking.
