★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 晚上8點半吃完飯要出停車場，繳費時顯示沒有進場紀錄，打所有的服務電話都沒接，出口的服務亭沒人，還要再跑回消費的地方請服務台人員處理，接電話以後口氣態度很差，不斷詢問進場時間，而且已經被困在停車場三、四十分鐘，這些費用竟然還要照算！
不會再停這裡了，花錢受氣，被你們的優秀服務人員「服務」了15分鐘只有一肚子氣。
連服務台的人員都說，你們停車一天到晚被客訴，客訴到都麻痺了根本不改善。

棧庫消費一張發票可抵一小時（包括小火車）
在服務台兌換抵用券。
可惜都離兩邊景點商圈有段距離⋯⋯

駁二藝術特區碼頭旁的大港橋，是全臺首座水平旋轉景觀橋樑，也是亞洲最長的跨港旋轉橋，可在3分鐘內完成水平運轉，每日下午3點進行開合秀，每逢週五六日晚間7點加開1場，橋樑可供行人及自行車牽行，串連駁二藝術特區與棧貳庫2處熱門景點，是目前最新潮的旅遊路線。
