I highly recommend Penguin's nail salon. This quality of service is very high and the price is quite low. Calling for an appointment is easy and Penguin makes time available at convenient hours. There are so many products available for purchase, and I bought some cuticle revitalizer oil for only 50 NTD.
Actually, I have been looking and asking several nail salons for an appointment but none of them offered services for men!! I was very disappointed at that, until I found Penguin, who was very willing to offer me a simple manicure, which is all that I needed. I will definitely be a repeat customer and highly recommend this salon to anyone in Chiayi who's looking for a good quality at low prices. Highly recommended!
