★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have known Bing the pet groomer who is now at Pet Family for over 4 years and he is the only groomer I trust to handle my dog. Because of my dog’s past physical and phycological trauma.
My dog’s traumatic experience made my dog nervous and afraid of; being washed by groomers, the sound from motor vehicles and worst, of being left alone. Bing identified my dog’s problems and insecurities and made my dog feel comfortable and relaxed.
After having my dog groomed with Bing my dog is now not afraid of washing and more relaxed when left alone.
I believe that Bing had a very big influence on the physiological recovery of my dog. When I see Bing grooming my dog it is like I’m looking at a different dog that it’s not mine!
I am from London and British people really care about the welfare of all animals so when I met Bing I immediately noticed his professionalism when handling pets.
I really feel privileged and lucky to have met Bing who gives pet animals the best possible care they deserve.
