 The clerks are very patient to listen to the needs and give appropriate recommendations and help. They will not cause unnecessary waste by random sales, or even give things that pets don't need. Very good buying experience??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 透過Ubereat訂購，店家缺貨的商品沒有下架，導致訂單一直被店家取消很火 = =。
店家自己已經忘記下架品項，取消訂單也不主動告知原因，還要客人自行致電過去問才知道原來是因為缺貨被取消。
然後詢問還有哪些品項有貨，店家在電話上查了5分鐘有，是客人的通話費都不用錢是不是？
通話費加上時間成本，我這一訂單買的還真有夠貴，要不是當下家中貓咪急用還真懶得在這家買，這服務品質給1顆星都嫌多。
Ordering through Ubereat, the items that are out of stock in the store are not removed from the shelves, resulting in the order being cancelled by the store. It is very popular = =.
The store owner has forgotten to remove the item from the shelf, and does not take the initiative to inform the reason when canceling the order. The customer also needs to call and ask to find out that it was cancelled because of out of stock.
Then I asked what other items were in stock, and the store checked it for 5 minutes on the phone. It was the customer's call fee that didn't cost money, right?
The call fee plus the time cost, I bought this order is really expensive enough, if it is not for the cat at home urgently, I would be too lazy to buy it here, this service quality is too much to give 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I buy all my dog products here. I find the prices to be reasonable and even if some of the items might be just a little bit more expensive than in other stores, to be honest the convenience of everything being together in one location it's enough for me to keep coming back here.
I didn't give this particular shop five stars only because this one is smaller in size than some of the other branches. It can be a bit crowded at times.
I do really like that they always have some adopted pet in the shop that they take care of.
