假如可以給”0”顆星,我絕對不會猶豫… 最近一次進廠維修讓我的家人一波三折,也徹底心寒。「寶獅」汽車非常需要加強員工訓練,從基層到上層都非常需要加強。 進場維修時,服務人員-吳小姐的口氣與態度不佳,這讓人一開始印象就很差。之後服務人員-吳小姐致電通知需更改交車日期時,口氣與態度也極度差勁,好像車場無法如期交車是客戶的問題。寶獅的員工態度真讓人跌破眼鏡,花錢修車還要受氣,真的讓人對寶獅非常的失望。 取車時,家人發現有已告知破損的車內零件需要維修,但車廠卻沒有維修,寶獅的客服人員-吳小姐還推託要客戶提供當初報修時的證據,不然不承認車廠有失誤(忘了維修)⋯請問客戶要怎麼提供證據,是要我們報修時要開啟手機的錄影功能嗎?車內也因維修而非常髒亂,也沒有幫我們做基本清潔,e-tag也被移除(還給我貼在前擋風玻璃內部⋯整個很傻眼),失望沮喪到極點。 希望未來寶獅汽車能夠改善服務品質,不然真的會盡失人心。

When picking up the car, the family found that the damaged parts in the car had been notified that they needed to be repaired, but the car factory had not repaired them. Ms. Wu, a customer service staff of Baoshi, also urged the customer to provide evidence at the time of repair. Maintenance) ⋯ How do customers provide evidence? Do we want to turn on the phone ’s video recording function when we report for repairs? The interior of the car was also very messy due to maintenance, did not help us with basic cleaning, and the e-tag was also removed (it was stuck to the inside of the front windshield, it was completely dumbfounded), disappointed and extremely frustrated. I hope that in the future, Bosch will improve the service quality, or it will really be unsatisfactory.
