長頭髮的女店員連一顆星都不想給,今天晚上去現場看車,剛好有其他客人,戴眼鏡男店員忙著招待前面來的客人我們可以等待可以理解,畢竟我們是後面來的客人,戴眼鏡的男生店員親切的告訴我們「稍等一下唷」,自行走動逛了大概10分鐘以後,因為男店員還在認真的服務前客人,我們也可以繼續等待先看逛逛看車,但旁邊長頭髮的女店員從頭到尾假裝沒看到我們,跟兩個男生談笑風生,即使眼神跟我們對到眼好幾次也假裝沒看到繼續聊自己的,也不願走過來詢問是否有需要什麼服務,跟另一個認真的男店員差超級多,之前就有打電話進去詢問過車款也好像是這個女生接聽態度超級差,晚班的長頭髮女生的員工訓練真的有待加強,本來此次前往準備買車因為這個女店員立馬改去去其他高雄的門市購買。

一顆星都不想給,超爛的服務,千萬不要因為覺得這間是原廠且店面大而來,在這裡現金買了一台9萬多的車,卻被如此對待,非常後悔!! 一堆奇葩事都發生了!服務人員是小胖⋯ 第1個雷點: 110年9月中秋節前幾天,購車前詢問過他是否還有送行李箱的活動,他說確定還有送行李箱,且已幫我訂好了,付款後,過幾天卻說行李箱沒了!? 第2個雷點: 說會幫我的新車上水鍍膜,結果機車車尾殼那邊都是乾掉的水痕,明顯就是噴了水鍍膜後沒有抹均勻,根本就是隨便噴過而已,還不如不要噴,乾掉反而都是一顆一顆的水痕,一點都不像是新車,超難去除! 第3個雷點: 交車時小胖說有幫我加了一公升的油,我才騎到建國路三段轉鳳松路口待轉時,機車就因為沒油而在大馬路上熄火!那邊車子那麼多,超危險的!!小胖根本沒注意消費者的油量狀況!很摳,當時油價才多少,付現9萬多,他們給的油根本不夠騎到最近的加油站! 第4個雷點: 購車時,有請小胖一併幫我辦理舊車換新的補助,資料都備齊全交給他,110年9/25領車,等了5個月還有一筆4000元的貨物稅補助沒收到,111年2/2(週六)用賴問小胖補助款何時會收到?他回覆:「週一幫我打電話確認」,之後就沒有再給我任何回覆。等到2/25我問他:「請問詢問結果?」他都已讀不回。直到3/4早上7點多我又傳賴問:「距離2/12說要幫我詢問到現在也快一個月了耶」、並問他:「我有自行上財政部的網站查詢我的申請紀錄,顯示”查無資料”,公司是否有幫我申請這項補助?」,他回我:「請耐心等待,高雄市政府就只能等」,並說:「會再幫我跟公司會計確認」⋯。到了3/4當日下午4點多,我問:「請問詢問結果如何?」他說:「會計還沒回覆」。小胖的態度讓我感到消極,並且一拖再拖的⋯。 3/5到店裡換機油時,當面跟小胖反應:「我有自行到財政部網站查詢我的申請資料,都是顯示”查無資料”,為什麼會這樣?」,他卻說不知道我查了什麼,他們公司申請的方式不同,可能跟我自己查的不同⋯⋯。 因為我事前有上網爬文,知道有些人的補助款政府很慢才撥款,所以我就一再相信小胖跟我說的,想說小胖可能也忙,不好意思一直問,就鼻子摸著繼續等待⋯ (這天之後他再也沒有回覆我補助款的事)。 直到3/23(距離購車已經過了6個月),這中間我不定時有上財政部查詢,仍然顯示查無資料,又爬文看到有車行忘記幫消費者申請補助的文,開始強烈懷疑他沒有幫我申請!! 3/23下午我直接撥打PGO的客服專線確認是否幫我申請過補助款,客服說確認後會回電給我,當天晚上6點,小胖就傳賴給我,跟我說:「當初申請補助款的人員離職,導致 ””遺漏補助申請”” ,會直接由他車行匯款給我」,並說「他沒有一直幫我追,不好意思」⋯⋯ 真是夠扯的!! 好險PGO還有客服專線,不然我不知道要被小胖踢皮球踢到什麼時候!!!明明漏未申請吧!倘若真的是那位離職員工的問題,我都詢問過幾次了,你們車行也有義務要積極幫我追認一下吧!!卻總是推給會計、推給高雄市政府,就是不幫我確認!!!比不上我直接一通0800的客服專線⋯⋯
